More trains

Sorry to once again find myself in a rut, but here's another train picture. This time in color. It's the same train and taken on the same day as the first picture in the previous post. I like the color, but, to me, the subject really lends itself better to black and white. What do you think?

I like the black and white a lot, but there's something about the color that just seems so crisp -- it just pops. There's a completely different mood set in color vs. b&w.

I think color would look better on H's walls :-)

I think because there is just some spots of color in the mostly black train, both work. Maybe you could even try the spot color technique where the photo was black and white except for the red part?

The color really grabbed my attention. Growing up with black & white TV, and little color in even the newspapers and movies, I thought, "Oh, so that's what they really looked like!"

My favorite is still the train in the station (black and white). It looks so "historic."
