Pastels

I love shooting patterns and textures, so when I saw Amy's new box of pastels, I couldn't resist. I took two pictures of them. This is my favorite. Hopefully, she'll put up the picture she drew with them over on her blog. It's really very cool. I'd think that even if I weren't part of the inspiration for it.

Door County

This has to be the most interesting tree I've ever seen. I'd love to know how it managed to grow like this. It was growing in a county park in Door County.

Vacation

I'll take a break from sunsets today. This is the very first picture I took on our vacation. It's inside the Wisconsin capitol building.

Vacation

Here's the first non-kid vacation picture. I know. It's a bit abstract. Deal with it...

Vacation

Sorry for the absence. I've been on vacation. We went to Door County. I shot something like 20GB of photos, and I'm not sure if more than four or five of them will be any good. When I get done going through them all, I'll try to post one or two that pass muster. In the mean time, here's one of the kiddo skipping stones into Green Bay...
